Deploy a managed Windows VPS for remote teams, shared business software and centralised data. Windows Server, RDS User CALs, daily backups and a dedicated IPv4 address are included.
Users, locations and applications mapped first
We turn your requirements into an access plan covering individual accounts, Remote Desktop permissions, firewall policy, VPN routes and backup retention. The finished service is handed over with the agreed controls already in place.
If an application relies on Microsoft SQL Server, we will review the database workload and identify a suitable edition and licensing approach.
Plans scale from a focused single-user environment to larger multi-user deployments. Each includes Windows Server Standard, managed commissioning, the listed RDS User CAL allowance, daily recovery points and a dedicated public IPv4 address.
Euro billing: Monthly charges are displayed in EUR. Where tax applies, it is determined from the checkout billing information and itemised before the order is submitted.
Compute, storage, identity and network safeguards brought together as a managed service rather than separate technical projects.
Application files, user profiles and active datasets sit on NVMe storage selected for responsive multi-session Windows workloads.
Your service is not designed around a single physical machine. Clustered infrastructure supports maintenance planning and host-level recovery.
Intel Xeon Gold resources and ECC memory support simultaneous sessions, line-of-business applications and steady day-to-day processing.
Firewall rules and VPN routes can limit entry to approved networks and administrators, while named accounts keep user access attributable.
Directory groups separate ordinary users, application access and administration so privileges can follow job responsibilities.
Support covers the hosted platform, connectivity, Remote Desktop service and resource changes. Specialist application work is scoped separately.
NetworkManager joins the technical pieces that make a remote application environment usable, supportable and easier to govern.
We install and configure Windows Server, enable Remote Desktop Services and prepare the server for the users and locations defined during onboarding.
Windows Server Standard and the stated number of RDS User CALs are included in each plan. Microsoft SQL Server can be added when your application requires it.
Automated backups run daily and are retained for 14 days. Restore requests are handled through technical support when a file, application or system recovery is required.
We configure the initial firewall and VPN settings for the agreed access model, helping your employees and administrators connect through approved routes.
We prepare Windows roles and services for compatible accounting, ERP, CRM and database software. Third-party licences and installation media remain the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
CPU, memory and storage can be reviewed as your user count and workload change. We will recommend a larger plan when the existing allocation is no longer appropriate.
The operating system and included RDS User CALs are matched to each published plan. We also configure the Windows roles, directory structure and connection policy needed for the agreed user model.
Your application must be compatible with the selected Windows Server version. If it requires Microsoft SQL Server, we can include the appropriate edition and licensing model after reviewing the workload. Compatibility and licensing responsibilities for other third-party software are confirmed during onboarding.
Choose Windows Server 2019, 2022 or 2025 Standard, subject to application compatibility. The operating system licence is included in the monthly plan.
X1 includes 1 RDS User CAL, X2 includes 5, and X3 and X4 each include 10. Add up to 50 more users during checkout for 79 EUR per user per month.
Individual accounts and security groups define who can sign in and which shared folders, applications and administrative functions they can access.
When your software depends on SQL Server, we review the application, database workload and user requirements, then include the appropriate edition and licensing model in the deployment.
We complete the initial server configuration required for user access, network connectivity, backups and compatible business applications.
The exact scope and delivery schedule are confirmed after we review your users, locations, software and any existing IT environment.
We create the agreed user accounts and groups, then assign permissions for Remote Desktop, applications and shared folders.
We configure the initial network rules and VPN connections required for approved users, offices and administrator access.
Daily backups with 14-day retention are enabled as part of the service. Recovery requests are submitted to technical support.
We enable the Windows roles and services required by compatible software. Application installation is agreed during onboarding.
Two teams of the same size can create very different loads. We consider simultaneous sessions, application behaviour, database activity, storage growth and vendor requirements when reviewing a plan.
Send us the workload details before ordering if the fit is unclear. We will identify whether a standard plan is appropriate or further scoping is required.
Use one managed platform when teams need controlled access to the same compatible software and operational data.
Give authorized staff access to the same compatible desktop accounting software and company files from one controlled Windows environment.
Provide employees with individual Remote Desktop accounts for shared applications, whether they work from the office, home or another approved location.
Run compatible ERP, CRM and database-backed applications on a server sized for your users, storage needs and software requirements.
