Netcloud24 will provide the server address and the credentials for your authorized user after managed onboarding is complete. Do not share one account between employees.
- On Windows, open Remote Desktop Connection. On macOS, install the official Windows App or Microsoft Remote Desktop application.
- Enter the server address supplied in your service handover.
- Select the individual username assigned to you and enter the password through the secure sign-in prompt.
- Verify the server certificate information before accepting it. If the name or fingerprint is unexpected, stop and open a support ticket.
Where VPN access is required, connect to the approved VPN before starting Remote Desktop. Repeated failed logins may trigger a temporary security block.
