Your plan includes the selected Windows Server Standard version, managed initial configuration, the stated number of RDS User CALs, one dedicated public IPv4 address and daily backups with 14-day rolling retention.
Initial configuration covers the agreed Windows roles, Remote Desktop Services, user accounts, baseline firewall or VPN settings and backup scheduling. Third-party application licences, custom development and unlimited application support are not included unless confirmed in writing.
Additional RDS User CALs can be ordered for 79 CAD per user per month. Contact support before changing user counts or installing software with special database or licensing requirements.
